Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated pear and dried honey aromas are overlaid by wet slate with subtle cashew and stony mineral end notes. Dry with a leanish yet slightly creamed mouthfeel the palate has flavours of pear, light lime, pebble stones, faint dried honey and mineral.
